Cancellation and Appointment Policy
We kindly ask all clients to respect our appointment policy so that we can offer the best possible service to everyone.
Deposits
A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your treatment on the day.
Cancellations and rescheduling
We ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another client.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in the loss of your deposit.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late your treatment time may need to be shortened or your appointment rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients.
Missed appointments
Missed appointments without notice will result in the loss of your deposit. A new deposit may be required to book any future appointments.
