These terms apply to all treatments and appointments at Anglesey Skin Clinic. By booking with us you agree to the following.

• Clients must be aged 18 years or over.
• All treatments require a consultation and assessment.
• Treatment suitability will be determined by the practitioner.
• Some treatments may require a patch test before treatment.
• Failure to complete a required patch test may result in your treatment being postponed.
• Clients must provide accurate medical information.
• Treatment may be refused where it is considered unsuitable or unsafe.
• Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
• Photographs may be taken for treatment records and clinical purposes.
• Consent will always be obtained before any marketing use of photographs.
• Deposits are required to secure appointments.
• Deposits and appointment bookings are subject to the clinic cancellation policy.
• Completed treatments are not refundable.
